If you are part of the public dissemination and do not wish to appear on it anymore

When a business is established, the information known to the Sirene repertoire is public and their communication is authorized by Article R.123-232 of the French Commercial Code .
However, if you are identified as an individual entrepreneur and not as a company, you have the option to ask to no longer be part of the public broadcast, in accordance with Article 21 of the General Regulations for the Protection of Personal Data .
Procedure to no longer be part of the public dissemination
From the site insee.fr> Access the Sirene and LEI services> Change the status with regard to Sirene public dissemination .
You must identify yourself with FranceConnect , from the account of your choice, and fill in the electronic form with your Siren number.
The Sirene directory update will be effective within two business days. You will be able to verify it by interrogating with your siren number the site http://avis-situation-sirene.insee.fr/ which will then mention: "This company exercised its right of opposition with the INSEE. It is not commercially diffusible. Or querying with your siren number (or siret) the site sirene.fr which will indicate "Company (or Establishment) non diffusable".
Warning ! : You will not be able to edit a situation notice online. In case of need, you will need to make a written request to the INSEE regional office of yours.

If you are excluded from the public dissemination and wish to be included again

The information in the Sirene directory is public and their communication is authorized by Article R.123-232 of the French Commercial Code, unless you have explicitly opted for a non-diffusion at the time of the creation of the company or in a phase higher.
If you want the data concerning your individual company to be consulted when you have opted for a non-distribution, go to insee.fr> Access Sirene and LEI services> Change the status with regard to Sirene public dissemination .
You must identify yourself with FranceConnect , from the account of your choice, and fill in the electronic form with your Siren number.
The Sirene directory update will be effective within two business days. You will be able to make the observation on the site sirene.fr under the heading "Search a company" by entering your number Siren, or on the site Avis de situation .
